- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop unflavored vegan protein powder
- 2 T. raw honey
- 2 T. chia seeds
- 2 T. raw shelled hemp seeds
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
