Berry Berry Smoothie

 

This smoothie packs a punch of nutrients and is a great way to start the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop unflavored vegan protein powder
  • 2 T. raw honey
  • 2 T. chia seeds
  • 2 T. raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 t. ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

Yield:

2 servings
